I stayed for a few nights. i was a bit let down by the lack of attention to detail. i found the shower head didn't fit properly, so i had to hold it while showering. also, the pillows were surprisingly flat. They offered little support.

The hotel is very close to the station. It made getting around simple. The room had secure entry to each floor, providing peace of mind. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
The room became warm. I needed to request a fan. There was no fridge in the room. Purchasing cold water downstairs cost £7 per bottle

location proved quite convenient because the shard stood nearby. breakfast featured a good selection of quality foods, i noticed fresh orange juice offered. staff remembered my name, a nice personal touch from the attentive crew.
my room's window faced a wall, it reduced the natural light. it's a minor thing, maybe a different room next time would solve it.

i enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. the room was lovely, and the bar was great! i also appreciated that the hotel allowed us to check in 3.5 hours early. and they kept our bags safe after checkout.
The air conditioning was a little noisy. Even when turned off, there were sounds coming from the pipes.
